Resolution criteria
- This market will resolve to YES if both Kamala Harris and Gavin Newsom formally run for President of the United States in the 2028 election cycle on or before August 10, 2028.
- Otherwise, this market will resolve to NO.
- For the purposes of this market, "running for president" is defined as a candidate meeting at least one of the following criteria on or before August 10, 2028:
- Officially filing a Statement of Candidacy (FEC Form 2) for the office of President with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) for the 2028 election cycle (viewable on the official FEC website).
- Registering an official presidential exploratory committee with the FEC for the 2028 election.
