- This market will resolve to "Yes" if, by January 9, 2029, any individual who was granted birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment has their citizenship legally annulled and recognized as such by the U.S. government.
- This includes Rosie O’Donnell but does not apply to babies born in the US who are not granted U.S. citizenship due to a change to the current rules under the Constitution.
