- This market resolves to YES if an Act of Parliament is passed in the United Kingdom mandating that general elections for the House of Commons be held under a proportional representation system, and this system comes into effect for a general election occurring before January 1, 2030.
- Otherwise, it resolves to NO.

- The resolution will be determined by the passage of primary legislation that fundamentally changes the electoral system from First-Past-The-Post to a recognized proportional representation model (e.g., Party List, Single Transferable Vote, or Mixed-Member Proportional).
