- Donald Trump won the 2024 presidential election on November 5, 2024, and will be inaugurated as the 47th president.
- This market resolves YES if Trump remains president on December 31, 2028.
- It resolves NO if he is no longer president on that date for any reason, including death, resignation, removal from office, or loss of a subsequent election.
- Resolution will be determined by checking the official status of the U.S. presidency on December 31, 2028, via the White House website (https://www.whitehouse.gov/) or official government records.
- The President and Vice President serve four-year terms.
