- It's important to note that temporary occupation of the presidency, such as during a president's travels, does not count as a YES.
- But if a vice president assumes the presidency in a non-temporary capacity, such as due to the president's resignation, removal from office, or incapacity it counts as YES.
- Resolves NO upon their death if they have not become president.
- I may edit or N/A added answers if they are e.g. duplicates, unclear, etc.
