Yulia Navalnaya has told the BBC that she intends to run for President of the Russian Federation.

Navalnaya currently resides outside Russia, saying that her return is impossible until Vladimir Putin is no longer in-charge.
Navalnaya's husband, Alexei Navalny, was a major Russian opposition leader who died in Russian prison in 2024.
This question resolves YES if credible sources report that Yulia Navalnaya is officially running for President of Russia and is able to receive votes as a normal candidate on election day.
For example, if Navalnaya registers to run, but is disbarred a week before election day, this resolves NO on election day, even if she is reported by an official electoral commission as receiving write-ins.
