This question resolves YES if JD Vance is impeached by the House of Representatives, and also removed from his office.
- The impeachment can be for vice president or president, whichever office JD Vance holds at the time of impeachment.
- For that to happen, the House of Representatives would need to pass articles of impeachment, and the Senate would need to vote to convict JD Vance by 2/3rds majority.
- A vote to convict immediately removes the officeholder.
- This question resolves NO if impeachment and removal does not occur and it is 21 Jan 2025.
- This question may resole NO early if JD Vance ceases to hold an executive office for other reasons before the end of Trump's second term (e.g. death, resignation).
