- Criminal contempt of Congress carries a maximum penalty of up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.
- This market resolves YES if either Bill or Hillary Clinton spends any time in prison during 2026 as a result of criminal conviction or court-ordered incarceration.
- This includes time served for contempt of Congress or any other criminal charge.
- The market resolves NO if neither spends any time in prison during 2026.
- Resolution will be determined by official court records and credible news reporting of sentencing and incarceration.
