Resolution Criteria
- This market resolves to "Yes" if the White House ballroom announced on the site of the East Wing of the White House is completed by the end of Donald Trump's second term as the President of the United States.
- The ballroom will be considered complete only if both of the following occur:
- An official announcement by the White House of the project's completion and/or official opening
- Construction on the building is completed or no longer ongoing according to reports by major media -- so if the ballroom is "officially opened" while some segments of construction still being finished that will not count until the construction is finished.
- President Trump's second term will be considered to have ended on January 20, 2029, or if Trump leaves office for any reason before then due to resignation, removal, or death.
