Resolution criteria
- This market resolves to YES if Brazil's Supreme Court official decisions, judgments, or legal documents on their official website or digital platforms remain behind a CAPTCHA verification system by December 31, 2026.
- It resolves to NO if the Supreme Court removes the CAPTCHA requirement for accessing these materials before this date.
- Brazil's Supreme Court (Supremo Tribunal Federal) has recently implemented CAPTCHA verification for accessing court decisions and documents on their digital platforms.
- This appears to be a measure to prevent automated access to their systems, potentially as a response to concerns about AI scraping or automated interactions with their digital resources.
