On Dec 19 the Colorado Supreme Court voted in a 4-3 decision that Trump was barred from appearing on Colorado’s 2024 presidential primary ballot.
- This market will resolve to “Yes” if the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Colorado Supreme Court’s decision - namely they assert Trump can indeed appear on Colorado’s Presidential Primary ballot.
- Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”
- Note that this market will resolve immediately based on the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision on this case.
