- The resolution source will be FiveThirtyEight's approval rating poll aggregator, https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/biden-approval-rating/, specifically the approval rating indicated by the green trend line for the date of January 6, 2022.
- Changes in the methodology by which FiveThirtyEight calculates the approval rating will have no bearing on the resolution of this market.
- The resolution date for this market will be on January 7, 2022 at 12:00 PM ET according to data published for the day of January 6.
- The market will resolve to "Yes" if the approval rating for January 6 is 43.0% or higher, and "No" otherwise.
- If for any reason the resolution source is unavailable, the resolution source will be checked every 24 hours until the actual data is available.
