This market will resolve to “Yes” if 140 or more House Republicans vote “Yea” on the first vote on passage of “H.R.3746 - Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023” by June 4, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET.
- Otherwise this market will resolve to “No”.
- Only the first such vote on passage of the act is considered for this market: namely if less than 140 House Republicans vote “Yea” on the first vote, the market will resolve to “No.”
- Note: The vote on this act must be finalized and closed ("gaveled") by June 4, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET for the market to resolve to “Yes.” Any ongoing vote that is not yet closed will not be sufficient to resolve this market to "Yes".
- The resolution source will be US governmental sources such as https://www.congress.gov/roll-call-votes however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
