- If any Toronto bike lanes are removed due to this ruling, this will resolve YES.
- Removal for unrelated reasons (construction, damage, etc) does not count.
- Reaching the resolution date with no bike lane removal will resolve NO.
- If Ford publicly calls off the removal (for example due to an agreement with the city), this will resolve NO early.
- This market resolves in 12 months from the court overturn announcement on Aug 14.
