- This market will resolve to YES if Dan McKee officially wins the Democratic nomination for Governor of Rhode Island in the 2026 primary election, scheduled for September 9, 2026.
- This market will resolve to NO if Dan McKee does not win the Democratic nomination.
- This includes scenarios where he loses the primary election, officially withdraws from the race prior to the primary, or is otherwise disqualified from running as the Democratic nominee.
- The primary source of truth for resolution will be the official election results published by the Rhode Island Department of State or consensus race calls from major news organizations (such as the Associated Press).
- Dan McKee became the 76th Governor of Rhode Island in March 2021 after then-Governor Gina Raimondo resigned to become the U.S. Secretary of Commerce.
