- Between April and December this year (inclusive), a member of the legislature of the respective county, physically fights with another member while being in a formal location of the legislature such as the senate or parliament.
- It doesn't count if it's just a pub or other sort of location within the grounds.
- If it's somehow authorised then that country resolves N/A. Including but not limited to punching, grappling, kicking, pulling over, tripping up that results in the opponent going over like a plank, striking with items such as a chair, throwing items.
- It may be completely one sided, such as a punch that incapacitates in one hit that the victim didn't know would be coming.
