This market resolves based on the official date that the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act is enacted into law.
- Under U.S. constitutional law, the bill will be considered enacted when:
- The President signs the bill.
- The President fails to sign or veto the bill within 10 days (excluding Sundays) of presentation while Congress is in session, causing it to automatically become law.
- Congress successfully overrides a Presidential veto.
- Each date option (e.g., "the named outcome", "the named outcome", "the named outcome", "the named outcome", "December 31st") will resolve to YES if the bill officially becomes law on or before 11:59 PM ET on that specified date in 2026.
