If NSW Labor finishes in 2nd place in the 2027 New South Wales state election according to the certified results, then the market resolves to Yes.
Settles via:NSW Electoral Commission
- Ranking is determined by the specified counting method. For proportional representation, rank follows the electoral authority's final seat allocation order. The party awarded the 2nd-highest number of Legislative Assembly seats in the NSW Electoral Commission's final declared results resolves YES; every other listed party resolves NO Rank is NOT determined by first-preference vote share. Where seat rank and vote-share rank differ, the seats awarded govern Seats are counted by party as declared by the NSW Electoral Commission. Liberal and National seats are counted separately and are NOT combined as the Coalition Independent candidates are not a party and are not combined Only the election to the Legislative Assembly counts. Legislative Council seats do NOT count Resolution follows the final declared result, not the provisional count published on election night If a party not listed on this event is awarded the 2nd-highest number of seats, every market on this event resolves NO In case of exact ties, markets resolve proportionally (1/number of tied entities). Write-in candidates achieving the specified rank resolve all named candidate markets to NO unless a specific "Write-in" or "Other" option exists. Candidates who withdraw or are disqualified after the filing deadline but remain on the ballot are ranked based on seats awarded.

- If NSW Labor finishes in 2nd place in the 2027 New South Wales state election according to the certified results, then the market resolves to Yes.
- Liberal
- If the NSW Liberal Party finishes in 2nd place in the 2027 New South Wales state election according to the certified results, then the market resolves to Yes.
- One Nation
- If One Nation finishes in 2nd place in the 2027 New South Wales state election according to the certified results, then the market resolves to Yes.
- National
- If the NSW National Party finishes in 2nd place in the 2027 New South Wales state election according to the certified results, then the market resolves to Yes.
