- Here are the details.
- Earlier this year I went on a cruise.
- I purchased gift cards for this cruise at a discount and attempted to cash them out on the cruise casino by adding the cards to my shipboard balance and then charging the slots machines to my room.
- I charged approximately $2k before I was told that my casino player balance was frozen and I was unable to cash out or charge more.
