This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Australian Indigenous Voice referendum is accepted (or "carried") by a 'double majority' of voters, as described here: https://www.aec.gov.au/referendums/referendums-101.htm
- If upon its vote the referendum is not accepted (or "carried") by a 'double majority' of votes, this market will resolve to "No".
- If the referendum vote does not commence by December 16, 2023 11:59 PM AWST (Australian Western Standard Time), this market will resolve to "No".
- Official information from the Australian government, including the results published by the Australian Electoral Commission on the AEC website (e.g., https://www.aec.gov.au/ or https://www.aec.gov.au/elections/referendums/referendum_dates_and_results.htm) will be used to resolve this market.
