This market will resolve to "Yes" if any Democratic congressperson votes for the next person elected Speaker of the House.
- Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
- Only a vote which successfully elects a new Speaker will count toward this market's resolution.
- If no Speaker is elected before December 31, 2023, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50.
- The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
