This question will be resolved as yes if any of the G7 countries (Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union) adopts a universal basic income (UBI) program that provides regular and unconditional cash payments to all adult citizens, regardless of their income or employment status, by December 31, 2028.
- The program must cover at least 90% of the eligible population and provide a minimum amount that is above the poverty line in each country.
