- The 2026 season finished a week early and LIV laid off a majority of its workforce.
- This market resolves YES if, on or before 23:59 ET on October 31, 2026, LIV Golf, its ownership, or the incoming investor publicly announces that a DEFINITIVE investment or acquisition agreement has been SIGNED, or that such a transaction has CLOSED.
- A non-binding term sheet, letter of intent, "exclusive talks", "advanced negotiations", or any other preliminary/conditional step does NOT count.
- The announcement must describe a definitive/binding agreement or a completed transaction.
