- This market will resolve to YES if David Anthony Burke (professionally known as d4vd) is sentenced to death by a court of law.
- It will resolve to NO if he is acquitted of the murder charge, if he is convicted but receives a sentence other than death (such as life imprisonment without the possibility of parole), or if the legal proceedings conclude without a death sentence being imposed.
- The resolution will be based on official records from the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, or authoritative news reports confirming the final sentencing outcome.
- If the death penalty is technically available but not sought by prosecutors, or if it is sought but not imposed by the court, the market resolves to NO.
- David Anthony Burke, professionally known as d4vd, is an American singer-songwriter who rose to prominence with hits such as "Romantic Homicide" and "Here with Me."
