Will resolve if he threatens publicly and/or on the record in any interview that he wants to, is considering or thinking about moving the Olympics out of LA.
- Does not need to actually move it or make any affirmative actions to do so, threat is enough.
- A response to a legitimate crisis right before the event at the request of those involved will not count (e g.
- An earthquake happens the week before and LA mayor requests help to move it).
- Will resolve "no" if no threat made before opening ceremonies.
