Rules
Countries can still exist to an extent but would be in operation under one "Global" power, governing and overseeing the trading and laws and rules, making sure the counties are all abiding by the world government, and using the one-world currency.
- Resolution Criteria
- This market resolves YES if by December 31, 2039, there exists a single global governmental authority that:
- Exercises direct or binding oversight over the laws, regulations, and governance of substantially all countries (defined as 90%+ of ALL counties globally)
- Enforces compliance through mechanisms that supersede national sovereignty
- Implements and enforces a single currency used as the primary medium of exchange across these territories
