Resolves YES if the next time there is a tender offer for OpenAI shares, and Daniel gets evidence that he is or not allowed to sell his equity at the tender price, Daniel is allowed to sell his equity at the tender price, whether or not he ultimately chooses to do so.
- Resolves YES if OpenAI equity is permitted to trade outside of tender offers.
- Resolves NO if he is not allowed to sell at the tender price at a future tender offer, or if the deadline is reached and we have no evidence that he has been given an opportunity to sell.
