Resolution Criteria
- This market resolves YES if DoorDash announces or implements layoffs affecting at least 4% of its total global employee headcount during calendar year 2026.
- This includes employees of wholly owned subsidiaries (Wolt, Deliveroo, SevenRooms, etc.).
- Resolution will be based on official company announcements, SEC filings, or credible reporting from major news outlets.
- The layoffs must be announced or take effect in 2026.
- The 4% threshold will be calculated using the most recent employee count disclosed in DoorDash's SEC filings at the time of resolution.
