Resolves YES if credible evidence emerges that Precht worked for Russia at any point in time after 24.02.2022 during the Russian invasion of Ukraine (possibly but not necessarily still ongoing in 2030).
- Precht is a well known German philosopher who most notably, during the first days of the invasion in early March 2022, he had concluded on multiple occasions that Ukraine could not win the war and despite having the right to self defense should have the wisdom to know when to surrender.
- However already in 2014 he was very critical of the Euromaidan revolution and to this day he continues disseminating Russian propaganda on various German talk shows.
- There are similarities to Hubert Seipel, who spread Russian propaganda as a popular commentator in 2014 and 2022, right after the invasion, until clear evidence of undisclosed offshore payments from companies linked to an oligarch close to Vladimir Putin emerged.
