- Each option will otherwise resolve NO.
- Clarifications
- For the purpose of this market, a jurisdiction may recognise same-sex marriages without necessarily performing them.
- If, for example, a jurisdiction only recognises same-sex marriages performed extraterritorially, this is sufficient to resolve YES.
