- The departure minute is 90 if he is on the field at the final whistle, or the minute in which he is substituted off, sent off or otherwise leaves the match.
- A substitution or departure during first-half stoppage time counts as the 45th minute and one during second-half stoppage time counts as the 90th minute, regardless of the amount of stoppage time played.
