The Agreement on the Rescue of Astronauts, the Return of Astronauts and the Return of Objects Launched into Outer Space
- ...is very vague and confusing.
- Will it be begun to be clarified before Christmas 2028? The issue might have risen to the front burner with the stranded astronauts on ISS and may now perhaps rise with the issue of the Chinese Taikonauts, but will it?
- Any convening of a UN body or temporary organ to consider the issue or any major spacefaring actor taking the initiative will count.
- Specifically the US taking the initiative would count.
- Private organisations or thinktanks or quasi-governmental bodies will not count, has to be government deliberations.
