- The settling figure is the amount labeled “Total” in ADF&G’s official annual harvest specifications for the Bering Sea District snow crab fishery.
- This is the combined Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) and Community Development Quota (CDQ) amount and includes any additional allocation that ADF&G incorporates into the Total, including an allocation for hybrid crab.
- A separately stated base, recommended, IFQ-only, or CDQ-only amount will not be used.
- If ADF&G initially announces a TAC and subsequently revises it before expiration, the most recently announced TAC as of expiration will control.
- Revisions announced after expiration will not affect settlement.
