The settling figure is the amount labeled “Total” in ADF&G’s official annual harvest specifications for the Bering Sea District snow crab fishery.
This is the combined Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) and Community Development Quota (CDQ) amount and includes any additional allocation that ADF&G incorporates into the Total, including an allocation for hybrid crab.
A separately stated base, recommended, IFQ-only, or CDQ-only amount will not be used.
If ADF&G initially announces a TAC and subsequently revises it before expiration, the most recently announced TAC as of expiration will control.
Revisions announced after expiration will not affect settlement.
