This market predicts whether any cryptocurrency other than Bitcoin will surpass Ethereum's market capitalization at any time between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (inclusive).
- The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be market capitalization data published by CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko.
- Stablecoins will not be taken into account for the sake of resolving this market.
- Any asset designed to maintain a fixed peg to a fiat currency, commodity, or other reference value (including but not limited to USDT, USDC, USDe, DAI, and similar assets classified as stablecoins by the PDS) is excluded from consideration, regardless of its market capitalization.
- If any cryptocurrency other than Bitcoin and other than a stablecoin has a higher market capitalization than Ethereum at any point during this period, this market will resolve to "Yes".
- Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".
