This market will resolve to "Yes" if President Trump signs H.R. 6644, also referred to as the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, into law by July 31, 2026 at 11:59PM ET.
- Otherwise this market will resolve to "No".
- Only enactment by a presidential signature shall be relevant for this market.
- It will not be sufficient to resolve this market to "Yes" if the relevant bill becomes a law by a method other than a presidential signature.
- The resolution source will be official U.S. federal government (e.g., Congress.gov) however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
