- This market resolves to the year in which the Final Fantasy IX Remake is officially released to the public.
- If the game is released in multiple regions on different dates, the earliest public release date will be used.
- If the project is officially cancelled or indefinitely delayed with no release date in sight by the end of 2030, the market will resolve to "Never".
- Final Fantasy IX was originally released in 2000 for the PlayStation and is considered one of the most beloved entries in the Final Fantasy series.
- Following the successful remakes of Final Fantasy VII, there has been speculation about a potential Final Fantasy IX remake.
