This market resolves to YES if Prospera (or Próspera) officially begins physical construction on a charter city or special economic zone project in any African country before January 1st, 2029.
- Prospera has established a charter city in Honduras and has expressed interest in expanding to Africa through its Próspera Africa initiative (https://www.prospera.africa/).
- This market tracks whether they move from planning to actual implementation within Africa.
- "Breaking ground" means official commencement of construction activities at a designated site, including but not limited to: foundation work, infrastructure development, or building construction.
- Resolution criteria: Market resolves based on verifiable news reports, official announcements from Prospera, or unambiguous photographic/video evidence of construction activities at a Prospera-affiliated site in Africa.
- If no construction has begun by the close date, the market resolves to NO.
