Rules

This market resolves “YES” if the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF) of South Korea announces, in its official monthly KTB issuance plan press release for July 2026 published at https://ktb.moef.go.kr/eng/news.do, that it plans to issue Korea Treasury Bonds worth approximately an amount equal to or greater than 15,000 billion won in July 2026 through competitive bidding.

Limitless
  • Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO".

"Approximately" is part of MOEF's standard release format and does not affect the threshold.

If the July 2026 KTB Issuance Plan press release has not been published on the primary source or its Korean-language version (https://ktb.moef.go.kr/nesDta.do) by June 30, 2026, 23:59 KST, this market resolves “NO”.

If the resolution source is unavailable at the moment of resolution, a consensus of credible reporting will be used.
