Based on western media reports.
- YES if this is confirmed any time through EOY 2033.
- They must be people who were citizens of Taiwan as of 2023 or later (before the initiation of any war/conflict between the countries).
- There must be at least 2m of them.
- They must have been moved against their will (or at least, without the freedom to say no) off of Taiwan and into the mainland.
- If they were moved but their current survival status is not known, they will still count as having been moved, as long as it's reasonable to suppose they at least reached the mainland.
