Resolves YES to the player considered the winner of the '26-'27 FIDE Circuit, i.e., the person with the highest amount of points at the end of 2027.
- If there's an exact tie in points, then it'll resolve equally amongst those who have tied.
- I will add more players once they become sufficiently relevant.
- NOTE: This does not resolve to who qualifies to the 2028 Candidates through the Circuit, only who wins.
- We don't even know how many spots the FIDE Circuit will give to the 2028 Candidates.
- Also, it may be the case that the person who wins the overall FIDE Circuit has qualified to the Candidates through another spot.
