BUILDon is a meme token on BNB Smart Chain whose stated purpose is to build liquidity and use cases for USD1, the stablecoin issued by World Liberty Financial. Its website calls the project the mascot of USD1 across chains rather than a protocol of its own. B is a BEP-20 token with a fixed supply and no staking, fee or governance mechanism.

The team behind BUILDon is not publicly identified in official documentation. The website carries no team page, whitepaper, audit or code repository. What can be verified is on chain: the contract was deployed on April 2, 2025, and the token launched through Four.meme, a permissionless launchpad that states it does not vet projects launched on it. In mid May 2025 the project adopted USD1 as its primary pair, and on May 22, 2025 World Liberty Financial disclosed a purchase of roughly 636,961 B tokens paid for in USD1.
There is no protocol to describe. BUILDon is a fixed supply BEP-20 contract with one billion tokens and eighteen decimals, inheriting its transfer mechanics from the BNB Smart Chain token standard. On chain records show the owner set to the zero address, meaning ownership was renounced and no privileged account can mint more tokens. The project's activity sits around the token rather than inside it.
BUILDon does not document a protocol utility for B. There is no fee capture, no staking contract, no revenue share and no published governance process. It functions as a community and speculation asset, and its practical role is as the volatile side of USD1 pairs, which gives it deeper stablecoin denominated liquidity than a typical meme launch. The site suggests holders would earn launchpad rewards, but that is not live.
BUILDon attached itself to a stablecoin rather than to a personality or an animal. By making USD1 its base pair, it became a significant source of non stablecoin USD1 trading activity during 2025, though that is a liquidity relationship rather than a technical one.
