This market resolves YES if Binance makes an official public announcement (via their official X account @binance, official blog, or verified press release) stating that crypto withdrawals have resumed (even partially or for a limited set of users) before November 1, 2026, 12:36 UTC (48 hours from the original suspension announcement on October 30, 2026).
- It resolves NO if no such announcement is made by that time, or if withdrawals are extended beyond the 48-hour window without an official resumption announcement.
