- The bills must follow these definitions: a crypto market structure bill (see KXCRYPTOSTRUCTURE for more detail) an omnibus, multiyear law that governs an array of agricultural and food programs comprehensive federal legislation to increase housing supply and affordability, including through reforms to federal housing programs, expanded financing authority, streamlined development and environmental review requirements, and measures to address barriers to homebuilding
- This is a combination market requiring ALL specified outcomes to occur for the contract to pay out.
- If ANY single component resolves to No or becomes impossible, the entire contract immediately resolves to No. Each component is resolved according to its corresponding Kalshi ruleset: a crypto market structure bill (BILL), the farm bill (BILL), a federal housing bill (BILL).
- All conditions must be satisfied before Jan 2027.
- If ALL of the following occur for before Jan 2027: a crypto market structure bill: not become law, the farm bill: not become law, a federal housing bill: not become law, then the market resolves to Yes.
