Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated US exchange and no US state is on its restricted list (member agreement, 20 Sep 2026). Court orders geofence some contract types in Nevada and Washington (Washington Attorney General, 2026).

CFTC-regulated exchange for Yes/No event contracts, settled in US dollars on a central limit order book. Identity verification is required; open in the US and many other countries except the restricted jurisdictions in its member agreement.
