- This market resolves to YES if:
- The Democratic Party wins a "trifecta" in the 2028 U.S. General Elections (winning the Presidency and holding majorities in both the House of Representatives and the Senate at the start of the 121st Congress in 2029).
- AND, before January 20, 2033, legislation is enacted that increases the statutory number of seats on the Supreme Court of the United States above nine.
- Resolution Details:
- *NO:** If Democrats win a trifecta in 2028 but the statutory size of the Supreme Court remains at nine (or fewer) seats through the end of that presidential term.
