- If no such evidence is available by market close, it resolves to “No.” Equally, if evidence of Davis’ being charged/arrested is released after market close despite the event taking place beforehand, this market will resolve “No.” If no credible resolution sources are accessible, or if there are major changes in circumstances (e.g., Davis going missing), the market will be canceled.
