Pairs come from reviewed cross-venue matches of the same real-world question. A pair qualifies only when both markets are open, substantively priced, within freshness bounds (snapshot no older than 45 minutes) and with contract deadlines within 180 days of each other. The gap is the largest probability difference on an outcome BOTH venues price - a leg only one venue lists never counts. Play-money and forecast venues are excluded.
