Its differentiator is narrative proximity. The Doge lineage is arguably the most valuable meme in crypto, and Neiro is the dog that followed Kabosu in the same household. That connection is the entire asset.
The second feature is the community takeover structure. A token abandoned by its deployer that then reaches major exchange listings through volunteer effort is unusual, and it means no founding team holds an allocation or steers direction. That removes one risk and adds another, since nobody is accountable if things go wrong.
Compared with Dogecoin, which is its own proof-of-work blockchain with real miners and an independent monetary policy, NEIRO is a token on Ethereum with no chain of its own.
