Referring to children under 18.
- Not counting restrictions on health insurance covering this treatment
- Not counting restrictions on healthcare providers offering this treatment
- Counting the existence of a law that penalizes parents if their child has received this treatment (including puberty blockers)
- Counting if a federal or state law to this effect is on the books, even if it has not been enforced in Vermont
- In other words: if a family gets this treatment either in Vermont or in another another state or country, can the parents and child live in Vermont without any applicable law penalizing them where they live? Or will there be a law affecting parents?
