Mojo is a new programming language meant to eventually be a superset of Python (ie all Python code is also valid Mojo code) but with features allowing it to be much faster.
- It's being created by Chris Lattner, who previously created LLVM, Clang, and the Swift programming language, among other things.

- The TIOBE index is an index I found that is supposed to track programming language popularity.
- I don't know a whole lot more about how they decide, but eyeballing it, it seems basically reasonable.
